The summer holiday is coming soon after this semester. To make sure that you have a happy holiday and that your return to school in due time, please pay attention to the following notes.

  1.Holiday arrangements: according the school schedule, the summer holiday will start on Jul. 3rd. The time for register of next semester is Sep. 1st. And the class will start on Sep. 4^th. To those who have no efforts to return to school within the stipulated period of time, school will cancel their school roll.

2.All students are required to take the examinations in accordance with the arrangements of relative faculties before leaving school.  

 
  3.All students, on matter leaving school or not, are required to report your vacation   arrangements  to Miss. Xu boxin. We recommend you to submit a note to the office 

4.During summer holiday, the friends from the outside are not permitted to live or stay in the international students dormitory, otherwise the police will take charge of the case. The time for dormitory gate is still 11 pm. It is better that you keep quiet at night in case influence other people to sleep.  

 5.Final date for the payment of tuition and dormitory fees, insurance fees and the textbook fees of next semester is Sep.5^th , 2017. To those who are able to pay on time , we will cancel them residence permit.

  6.Please pay attention to your personal safety while traveling, or visiting  friends or returning to  your home country and take care of your passport and other valuable 

belongings.

  7.To those who need to change your dormitories, please ask Mr. Zou who lived in the room No.302 for changing on condition that there is no damage in your old dormitories and the deposit of the key 100 yuan must be handed if you did not do that before. For those who has handed the dormitory deposit need to change the deposit receipt. Final date for changing the dormitory is Aug.1^st. Send the numbers of both your old and new dormitories , single or double rooms to Miss. Xu Boxin’s wechat（better me）for registration.
