2018 Confucius Institute Scholarship Application Guide（JXNU）

For the purpose of cultivating qualified Chinese language teachers and facilitating the promotion of Chinese language and culture, the Confucius Institute Headquarters (Hanban) launches “Confucius Institute Scholarship” (CIS) to support outstanding students, scholars and currently employed Chinese language teachers recommended by Confucius Institutes, independently operated Confucius Classrooms as well as some HSK test centers (hereinafter to be collectively referred to as “recommending institutions”) to study in Chinese universities and colleges. Jiangxi Normal University continues to host Confucius Institute Scholarship recipients in 2018, please refer to the following information:

II. ELIGIBILITY

Candidates shall meet the eligibility published by Confucius Institute Headquarters (Hanban), meanwhile meet the following conditions:

	D：Master TCSOL	HSK V ≥240	HSKK Intermediate ≥60	Bachelor's Degree	Candidates with teaching position certificate or other relevant certificate prevail

III. APPLICATION PROCEDURES

From March 1, 2018, applicants can login on to the Confucius Institute Scholarship Website (http://cis.chinese.cn); submit application documents online; pay attention to the application process, audit opinion and scholarship review results. Confirm the procedures for studying at JXNU and print the Scholarship Certificate online.

Since JXNU will interview all applicants through social chatting APP WeChat, applicants shall download WeChat, register an account and add our official account ‘wandoublue’ for the interview.
