Recently, the 2024 Jiangxi Provincial Mid-Autumn Festival Celebration for Sino-Foreign Humanities Exchange and the Eleventh Jiangxi Proficiency Competition for International Students were held in Nanchang. Nearly 200 teachers and students from 38 countries, as well as over 200 representatives from 118 universities both domestic and overseas, participated in the event. After intense competitions, Zhang Xingyue, a Madagascar-born student from our university's Literature College, won the first prize for her song and dance performance titled Myth of China, while Rao Fuyin's work titled Saying Goodbye to Cambridge Again won the second prize.

It is understood that the Eleventh Jiangxi Proficiency Competition for International Students was guided by the Provincial Department of Education and hosted by the Provincial Education International Cooperation and Teacher Development Center, with Nanchang Hangkong University and Jiangxi International Education Institute serving as co-hosts. A total of 20 universities and 36 works participated in the contest.

In the past editions of the Jiangxi Proficiency Competition for International Students, our university has 8 contestants who have won first prizes, demonstrating the high quality of our training in international Chinese education majors.
