所有的同学：

因出入境受理签证申请需要20个工作日，有些情况会超过20个工作日。从今日起，请所有需要延期居留许可的同学，务必在居留许可过期前45天到办公室办理登记办理。老师每周三去出入境办理居留许可，请提前与老师联系。未能提前45天到办公室提出申请者，不予办理。如有特殊情况必须提前到办公室告知老师。

To all international students,

The visa application for Exit-Entry Administration Burea requires 20 working days, and some cases exceed 20 working days. From now on, all the students who need to renew the visa must go to the office 45 days before the expiry date of the visa. The teacher will go to the Exit-Entry Administration Burea every Wednesday, please contact the teacher in advance. If the sudents fails to arrive at the office 45 days before the expiry date of the visa, the office will not accept the visa extension application. If there are special situations, it is necessary to go to the office to inform the teacher in advance.
