Notice for winter holiday

To all foreign students,

Traditional Chinese Festival-Chunjie and winter holiday will soon start after this semester. Please pay attention to the following notes to facilitate your merry holidays and return to school in due time.

1.       Holiday arrangements: Classes suspend for examinations between Jan 4 and Jan 22, 2016; winter holiday starts on Jan 25,2016; registration day for the new semester is Feb 28, 2016 classes start on Feb 29, 2016.To those who have no effort to return to school within the stipulated period of time, school will discontinue and cancel their school roll.

2.       All students are required to take the examinations in accordance with the arrangements of relative faculties before leaving the school.

3.       All students, on matter travel or not,  are required to report your vacation arrangement to Mr. Liu Jianfu. We recommend you to submit a note to Mr. Liu Jianfu before leaving the school.

4.       Final date for the payment of tuition and dormitory fees is Mar 10, 2016.

5.       Please pay attention to your personal safety while traveling, or visiting friends or returning to your home country and take care of your passport and other valuable belongings.

6.       In case of emergency, please contact us or local police station. We wish you a pleasant holiday!
