All candidates must submit related documents (written in Chinese or English):

1 Submit Application Form online (written in Chinese or English）;

2 Photocopy of Passport (First Page and all Chinese Visa and Residence Permit Pages);

3 Notarized highest diploma（Photocopy). Prospective diploma recipients must submit official document issued by your current school to prove your current student status and expected graduation date; 

4 Academic transcripts. Applicants of Science or Engineering Programs must provide exam result of Math, Physics, and Chemistry, applicants of Economics or Management Programs must provide exam result of Math;

5 A Study Plan or Research Proposal; This should be a minimum of 200 words for undergraduate students, 500 words for non-degree students, and 800 words for graduate students.

6 Two Recommendation Letters. Applicants of Master's or Doctoral programs or the senior scholar programs must submit two recommendation letters signed by professors or associate professors.

7 Proof of financial support. If the duration of studies is less than a year, proof of financial support for the duration of studies must be submitted; if the duration of studies is more than a year, proof of financial support for the first year must be submitted. Scholarship recipients must submit an official letter from the sponsors.

8 A CD of your own works （only required for arts students）;

Applicants for music studies are requested to submit a CD of their own musical works. Applicants for the fine arts programs must submit a CD of their own works which include two sketches, two color paintings and two other works.

9 Valid documents of your legal guardians in China （only required for applicants under the age of 18, the document can be downloaded from http://laihua.jxnu.edu.cn）;

10 Foreigner Physical Examination Form （photocopy）, （written in English, only required for applicants planning to stay in China for more than 6 months, can be downloaded from http://laihua.jxnu.edu.cn）; The physical examinations must cover all of the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete forms or forms without the signature of the attending physician, or the official stamp of the hospital, or a sealed photograph of the applicant are considered as invalid. Please carefully plan your physical examination schedule as the result is valid for only 6 months.

11 The copy of HSK Certificate （If available）;

12 Applicants registered in or admitted by other schools shall submit a Release Letter issued by the relevant schools.

* From 2021, a Certificate of Non-Criminal Record must be submitted and applicants who fail to provide this document will not be able to complete the application. Applicants from USA, Japan, Korea, shall sign a letter of Commitment of Non-Criminal Record instead.
