1. How to obtain students ID?

  Please show your pay vouchers and passports to Office of International Programs, Jiangxi Normal University, fill in the enrollment form, transact students ID(with photos), and seal registration stamps.

2. What should be paid attention to when getting students ID?

Please check out whether your name, student number and nationality are correct or not and whether they have been marked the registration date and seal red registration.

3. When will I use this student certificate?

1)      It can be used as proof of identity when applying for any other type of documentation on campus.

2)      It can be used as proof of identity when receiving scholarship money.

3)      When registering for events.

4)      Registration for the second semester and on wards.

5)      Leave of absences or returning to school.

6)      When visiting Chinese students dormitories can be used to check in.

7)      If discontinuing or changing schools please return the student certificate.

8)      It can be used when traveling (If registering at a hostel/hotel please use your passport).

9)      When leaving the school after graduation please return your student certificate.
